Actress Kareena Kapoor might soon be seen in a memorable role, playing one of the biggest actors known to cinema. Buzz has it that in a Madhur Bhandarkar's movie she will play the character inspired by Marilyn Monroe. From a sexy Bipasha Basu to the beautiful Dia Mirza, many actors have tried to do a Monroe at least once. But Kareena's will be an entirely different case as she will be the only actor who will get to play Monroe in a Bollywood film.
Kareena will be seen in Bhandarkar's next ambitious project. Reports suggest that he was longing to make a film on the Hollywood star's life. Sources claim that the film will be inspired by the American actor's controversial life. In fact Bhandarkar has been so dedicated that he has been researching on the subject for quite sometime now. While Bhandarkar has found the girl to play Monroe, he is still looking for the male lead for the movie. But for now all eyes are fixed on Kareena. First a role in the Indian adaptation of Hollywood movie Stepmom and now a role that can make any actor go green with envy. Kareena surely has her kitty full with roles she would have dreamt of.
